If you cannot log in, make sure you do not leave any spaces before or after the email. Also, we kindly ask you to pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.

If you're a new user who cannot log in, it could be that you simply haven't created your login credentials yet. To do so, you should also click Forgot your password? at the login page. You'll receive further instructions in your email. There, you'll find the option to complete your registration. After that, you can log in to the app and start using it!
